Comfortable, natural-looking dentures in Kukatpally.
Complete, partial, flexible and implant-retained dentures in Kukatpally, Hyderabad - digitally scanned, CAD/CAM designed and shade-matched so naturally that no one will know they're new.
What are dentures?
Dentures are custom-made replacements for missing teeth - either a full set for a whole jaw, or a partial that fills the gaps between your remaining natural teeth. A good denture restores far more than your smile: it brings back comfortable chewing, clear speech, and the facial support that keeps cheeks and lips looking full.
Denture-making has changed enormously. At Care32 we've replaced the old trays of impression putty with digital scanning, design the denture in CAD/CAM software, match the shade by computer, and fabricate in high-strength acrylics - including 3D-printed workflows. The result is a fit and finish that older dentures simply couldn't achieve.
One of our patients, Vin, put it best after bringing his mother to us: "Took my mom as she lost a lot of her teeth... My mom now has new teeth that look 100% natural."
Types of dentures we offer
- Complete dentures - a full set replacing all teeth in the upper or lower jaw
- Partial dentures - removable or flexible, filling gaps while your natural teeth stay untouched
- Immediate dentures - placed the same day teeth are removed, so you never go without a smile
- Implant-retained overdentures - snap securely onto a few dental implants, ending slipping for good
- All-on-4® / All-on-6® - a fixed, full-arch set of teeth supported on just four or six implants
- Hybrid dentures - combining the lightness of a denture with the stability of fixed implant support
Not sure which suits you? That's exactly what the first consultation is for - we'll examine your gums, bone and remaining teeth and walk you through the realistic options.
How we craft yours - step by step
Consultation & digital scan
We examine your mouth and capture it with a digital scanner - no gagging trays of putty, just a quick, comfortable scan.
Design & shade matching
Your denture is designed in CAD/CAM software, with computerised shade matching to suit your gum colour, skin tone and any remaining teeth.
Try-in
You preview the denture before it's finished - we check the look, the bite and your speech, and adjust anything you'd like changed.
Final fit
The finished denture, fabricated in high-strength acrylic with precision attachments where needed, is fitted and fine-tuned.
Follow-up adjustments
Small pressure spots are normal in the first weeks. Quick adjustment visits make sure your denture settles in completely comfortably.
Conventional vs. implant-retained vs. All-on-4®
| Factor | Conventional denture | Implant-retained | All-on-4® |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stability while eating | Relies on suction & fit | Snaps onto implants - very stable | Fixed - like natural teeth |
| Removable | Yes | Yes - by you, for cleaning | No - fixed in place |
| Preserves jaw bone | No | Yes - at implant sites | Yes |
| Surgery needed | None | Minor - a few implants | Yes - four implants per arch |
| Best for | First denture, budget-friendly | Loose-denture frustration | A permanent full-arch solution |
Many patients start with a conventional denture and upgrade to implant retention later - the two paths are not mutually exclusive.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. With digital scanning, CAD/CAM design and computerised shade matching, modern dentures are crafted to suit your face, gum colour and natural tooth shade. Done well, they are very hard to tell apart from natural teeth.
Most people adapt within two to four weeks. Speaking and eating feel different at first - start with soft foods, practise reading aloud, and come in for adjustment visits so we can fine-tune any spots that rub.
We recommend removing dentures at night. It gives your gums time to rest, reduces the risk of fungal irritation, and lets the denture soak clean. Your gums - and your dentures - will last longer for it.
Gums and bone slowly change shape after teeth are lost, so every denture needs periodic relines to stay snug. If looseness keeps bothering you, implant-retained overdentures lock onto a few implants and never slip.
A well-made denture typically serves five to eight years before the fit and wear call for a replacement, with relines along the way. High-strength acrylics and precision fabrication help yours stay comfortable for as long as possible.
It depends on the type - complete, partial, flexible or implant-retained - and the materials chosen. After a short examination at our Kukatpally clinic, you receive a clear, all-inclusive estimate before any treatment begins.
